FAQ
  1. Do you take custom orders? Yes I do custom orders, a 50% deposit is required up front on any large order (over 100.00).
  2. What forms of payment do you accept? PayPal, visa, MasterCard, and debit.
  3. Do I need a PayPal account if I want to pay with a credit card? No, I can process your card through my web site or if you prefer you can call me at home and give me your cc numbers and I can process it through my business.
  4. What are your shipping rates? I use a flat rate which includes a small handling charge. First Class within the US and AIR letter outside the US...if purchasing multiple items the cost of a priority box within the US is most cost effective...heavier items I would use FLAT RATE PRIORITY.
  5. Do you accept returns? Yes, my beads are all 100% guaranteed. They must be returned to me within 14 days of purchase in the original packaging if possible and a return will be issued less shipping as soon as I receive them.
  6. Are your beads annealed and cleaned? My beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for the desired period of time. Annealing does not mean the beads cannot break if handled roughly, but it does help to make the beads stronger. Here is a quote from ARROW SPRINGS "Annealing is the process of making the entire glass item uniformly hot and holding that temperature steady long enough to remove all stress caused from the manufacturing process. The annealing cycle also includes cooling down slow enough so as to not allow too much stress to build back up." My beads are also cleaned using a diamond coated drill bit and bead hole reamer.
  7. Do you teach?I am now offering classes for 1 or 2 individuals in my home studio. These classes will be custom tailored to fit your individual needs. Accomodation available upon request, flexible schedule for classes. Just send me an e-mail and we can talk about rates, times and any other questions you may have.
    Thanks for your interest!
  8. Can we see you at bead shows? Currently I am not doing any shows but I am planning to begin attending bead shows, as a vendor, in the summer of 2008. I will keep this site updated when the shows are finalized.
